Nanny/Mothers’ Help

Broadway

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays

Our clients are looking for their first nanny for their baby boy, curentlly 7 months. The family need help Monday- Wednesday 7.30am- 6pm. They are hoping to find a joyful nanny with a real passion for working with children, who is looking to commit to a long-term role and become part of the family.

  • While there will be sole charge working, this is likely to often feel like more of a shared care/mothers’ help style role as mum has taken a long-term leave from her position at work and will often be around the house. She is looking for a candidate who will be great company, experienced enough to support her in being a first-time mum and give advice, and who will be comfortable spending time with her and her son. A candidate who would love a long-term role and wants to build a great relationship with the family is hugely important to our clients.

While mum needs a nanny to care for her son while she is at outings and appointments, she also pictures that there will be other times that she would like to spend 1-1 time with her son, and would hugely appreciate some batch cooking, sorting of baby items or laundry being done during the nanny’s child free time.

The family are relocating to a new home in Broadway and will be bringing their cleaning team, with whom they have a great longstanding relationship.

The role will involve helping with baby care, helping to implement routines and drawing on experience to support the family through their son’s development- weaning etc.

Light housekeeping (laundry, washing up and general tidying) will be required, along with occasionally preparing meals for the baby or the family.

The family have two house cats, the role will also involve helping to care for them.

There will be opportunities for optional overtime as the family would love the nanny to babysit in the evenings occasionally.

  • A July start would be preferable.

A lovely family of three, expecting their second baby in the summer, are looking for a fun, confident nanny to join their family long term and care for their son (2) and new baby. Mum will be on maternity leave initially and will appreciate help with the baby, she would like to make a gradual return to work once the new nanny is settled.

  • Both parents work between London and a home office. The role will be sole charge in the coming months so it’s important that the nanny has baby and toddler experience.

There will be a fair amount of 1-1 time with the new baby as their son attends nursery 3 days a week.

Their toddler is curious, playful and very active, and the family would love him to be engaged by someone energetic and creative, taking him to activities and exploring outdoors.

The family avoid the use of screens and has a keen interest in nutrition and avoids processed foods.

The family are keen to meet a nanny who is a team player, happy to help out with keeping the home organised and presentable with their attention to detail (making children’s beds, putting washing on, etc).

The family have a female Labrador who will be around the house.

The family also have a swimming pool, so nanny confident in swimming with children would be amazing.
